Jonquils are plentiful at many locations throughout Cape Girardeau. You may want to check these locations for lots of colors: Tall King Alfred jonquils stand proudly in the traffic islands near the Mississippi River bridge on Morgan Oak. It is a sight to behold at Normal and Washington avenues as well as at Broadway and Houck Place. How about the beauty at the entrance to the First Baptist Church on Broadway? You'll see lots more at Broadway and Kingshighway and other locations along Kingshighway. The color is great at the top of Bertling Street and Bel Aire Drive. There's more to enjoy at South Sprigg Street and Highway 74 and North Sprigg and Bertling streets.

Cape Girardeau, you look spiffy all dressed up in yellow and green.
