I need to tell people how wonderful Van Matre Buick was to me in my time of need. Les, the service manager, was so kind and willing to help in any way he could.

During my move to Cape Girardeau, my car's engine caught on fire. I had the car towed to Cape Girardeau and then to Van Matre Buick. It has been two months, and the insurance company has refused any liability.
