If the CRNA's want the responsibility to provide anesthesia with out supervision they should apply for medical training and earn the degree to practice medicine independently. They are only qualified to work under the direct supervision of an anesthesiologist and they under no circumstances can replace these qualified physicians. In the best interest of all patients, they should consider their limitations and it is much more than having the privilege to write prescriptions.
