It doesn't matter whether or not Jesus is liberal

To the editor:

A couple of weeks ago, someone called Speak Out and said Jesus was a liberal. I would like to address that person.

The name Jesus Christ is a name above all names. He is the Alpha and the Omega. He is not conservative, liberal, Democrat or Republican. He is the savior of my life. To make his stands on anything conservative or liberal is ridiculous. Whether he would be a Democrat or Republican is insulting. He is Lord and Savior, the man who died on the cross for your sins and mine. Does it really matter whether he was a conservative or a liberal?

I'm going to sign my name, because I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ or of my savior and what he stands for.
