To the editor:
I read with a great amount of laughter the column by Michael Reagan, "Note to the NAACP: Draft Bill Cosby."
Bill Cosby is a funny man and a degreed educator. However, he should stay doing what he does best: making us laugh.
He said some very truthful comments and discussed subjects that most African Americans didn't want to hear, but we haven't had a real black leader since Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.. The white man and our U.S. government buy them out, lock them up or ultimately kill them.
African Americans who are well-to-do are not going to band together to aid their own families, so why would they help strangers? It's just funny to me.
