HONORS

  • Ashley Callis of Cape Girardeau has been accepted into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. She will be inducted this fall at Murray State University in Murray, Ky.
  • Derek Palisch of Altenburg, Mo., made the dean's list with high honors and Sarah Hinkebein of Jackson made the dean's list for the fall 2007 semester at St. Louis College of Pharmacy.
  • Peyton Beasley of Cape Girardeau earned the Academic Excellence recognition from Wentworth Military Academy in Lexington, Mo.
  • Michael Painton of Oran, Mo., received an Award of Excellence from the honor society Phi Kappa Phi. Painton graduated from Southeast Missouri State University this month.
