Third-generation Eagle Scout earns rank

Tom Gilliland, son of Benjamin and Connie Gilliland of Jackson, is a third-generation Jackson Boy Scout Troop 311 Eagle Scout who received his rank recently at a court of honor held at Southeast Missouri State University.
