Adam Nisbett, the winner of the 2004 National Duck Stamp competition, will be the special guest at an artists' reception from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday

The recepiton will occur at the Missouri Department of Conservation's Conservation Campus Nature Center in Cape County Park North. Nisbett is from south-central Missouri.
Local artists who entered the competition will also have work on display.
