Learning briefs 3-11-18

The following students have been awarded scholarships to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2018-2019 academic year.

• Landon Felter of Jackson has received the Regents' Scholarship. Felter is the son of Steven and Leslie Felter of Jackson, and will be a 2018 graduate of Jackson High School.
• Kassie Fluchel of Whitewater has received the University Scholarship. Fluchel is the daughter of Phillip and Jerie Fluchel of Whitewater, and will be a 2018 graduate of Notre Dame Regional High School.
• Kenneth Phillips of Oran, Missouri, has received the University Scholarship and Residence Life Leadership Award. Phillips is the son of Tony and Kim Brashear of Oran, Missouri, and will be a 2018 graduate of Oran High School.
• Isaac Scheper of Jackson has received the University Scholarship and Residence Life Leadership Award. Scheper is the son of Doug and Emily Scheper of Jackson and will be a 2018 graduate of Saxony Lutheran High School.
• Kalli Yarbro of Cape Girardeau has received the University Scholarship. Yarbro is the daughter of Russell and Christy Yarbro of Cape Girardeau, and will be a 2018 graduate of Jackson High School.
