• "What is the X-STOP IPD Procedure?": 6:30 to 8 p.m. in Southeast Missouri Hospital's Harrison Room. Learn about the X-STOP IPD procedure in which a titanium implant is placed between two bones in the spine. To register, call 332-1587.
• Chronic Disease Self Management: 9 to 11:30 a.m. at the Health and Wellness Center conference room 2. A six-week workshop for adults living with a chronic condition. Classes are interactive, where mutual support is meant to build confidence in participants' ability to manage their health while maintaining an active, fulfilling lifestyle.
