A group in Dexter, Mo., has been helping out in the fight against cancer. The group of friends and neighbors collected valve covers for car tires, painted them bright pink to symbolize the battle against cancert and have sold them at Chrisman Tire in Dexter four for a dollar with the proceeds benefitting the Relay for Life and the 18 Fore Life Dexter Charity.
