Students of Cape Girardeau Central High School's Future Business Leaders of America [FBLA] and Family, Career and Community Leaders of America [FCCLA], collected $757 for the SEMO Food Bank. Between the third and fourth quarters of the Central vs. Jackson football game, students organized a "Hunger Run" and ran up and down the bleachers collecting money from the crowd. The food bank acquired 5,750 pounds of food from the donation.
