WHO DAT? (part 7)
Today I would like to introduce you to a lady that is a very valuable member to RCP. She is well known by many already but I can't say enough about her, Holly Raines.
Holly is the co-director for the last show of the 2010 Season "The Crazy Time." She is also in charge of sound effects, stage, and props. If that is not enough already Holly also sells show tickets at the door for each of these five performances. Did I say how valuable this lady is? Holly has directed two of our performances, "Panic" the September show of this season and last years "Make Me a Match." She's been in several Southeast Missouri State University productions, including Shakespeare's "As You Like It," and the Vietnam War drama "A Piece of My Heart." She has also worked backstage on several shows. She's been in several River City Players productions including "Barefoot in the Park," "Steel Magnolias," and "Getting Sara Married," for which she won the Abbott Award for Best Supporting Actress. She also stared in the first show of this 2010 season in "Let's Murder Marsha." Holly is also Treasurer of River City Players and is a member of the board. She works as an administrative assistant at Credit Bureau Services in Cape and enjoys hanging out with her friends, boyfriend, reading and making jewelry. If you want to see Holly work her magic, now is the time for you to make your reservations for this comedy "The Crazy Time," written by Sam Bobrick and directed by Debbie Barnhouse. Dinner show dates are November 5,6,12,13 with the show only date on November 11. Please come and see what RCP is all about and marvel over what a small community theatre can pull off. Call Port Cape at 334-0954 and get your table reserved before the show is sold out.
