We had a wonderful session of our WW II veterans today, March 21, at the Cape Girardeau Public Library. Dr. Frank Nickell questioned the three men about all their activity in battles and locations, they were in during World War II. Jessica Cox, graduate assistant helped with recording video. Catherine Allison organized the event with the help of Shirley Young. The men from left to right are Vance Combs, Kenneth Bender and Loomis H Brown. These are men of "The Greatest Generation" so they need all the recognition we can give them so they are never forgotten.
