This photo is shows an rare contemplative side of a very active dog. Louie, who has been lost for almost two years, was an older, irascible dog whose definition of personal space was known only to him and woe to others who crossed him. I saw him at least twice "set up" dogs by placing his chew in a doorway, backing up, then waiting for an innocent. When this dog, who probably thought, wow, what a nice chew I have found! picked it up, Louie would charge out, "defending" HIS chew. I loved and miss him so :(.
