The Cape Girardeau Mudcats Baseball team participated in their first tournament, the Super Series Baseball 2010 Missouri/Illinois Bi-State Championships, in Bridgeton, MO on June 25-27.

Teams from Missouri and Illinois battled both each other and the weather throughout the weekend. With some of the best 12 year old teams in the bi-state vying for the title, the Cape Girardeau Mudcats were crowned the 12 Year Old American Division (AA) Champions! By capturing the Bi-State title, the team qualified for the 2010 Super Series Baseball World Series.
