John Moll, MD, with the Cape Girardeau Surgical Clinic, talks to Southeast Missouri Hospital President and CEO Debbie Linnes prior to leaving on his one-week trip to Haiti to assist in providing medical care to victims of the recent earthquake that killed 200,000 and left 400,000 homeless. A former military surgeon, Dr. Moll says, "There are times in your life when you wonder what God wants you to do and there are times when it's very clear. Right now, this is the perfect confluence of my training and my experience." Southeast Hospital donated medical supplies for Dr. Moll's trip and will send more throughout the week as needed.
