Charlotte Dirnberger retires

Charlotte Dirnberger retired 6-30-15 from First Commercial Bank in Chaffee, Missouri. She began her career in banking on 6-23-68 at the Bank of Chaffee. After 47 years and 7 days, working under 3 different bank names and ownerships, and holding several different positions and job titles, she has retired.

The bank employees hosted an Open House in the bank lobby honoring Charlotte on 6-26-15. She greeted customers and served them cake, fruit, punch, and coffee. A display of pictures took everyone down memory lane. At lunch time, a meal was prepared and provided by the bank employees. She was surprised by the attendance of all of her immediate family, along with all of her brothers and sisters, a few in-laws and family members, and some uncles and aunts.

The three bank names she was affiliated with was Bank of Chaffee, First Midwest Bank of Chaffee, and the First Commercial Bank, Chaffee, MO. Her various job titles were bookkeeper, cashier, Branch Manager, Sr. Vice-President and Comptroller. The last 3 titles were her current titles.

Charlotte is the wife of Ron Dirnberger, mother to Kelly Spies (Ritchie Spies) and Ryan Dirnberger (Lora Brewer), and grandmother to Braden, Kolton, and Carson Spies. She is the daughter of the late Vernon M. and Anita Hinkebein of Chaffee.
