To the Editor: I heard on the radio Thursday where President Clinton was expected to name his lawyer wife, Hillary Clinton, as the person in charge of health care reform. I presume that her qualifications are that she once visited a doctor. As a Boy Scout I once built a model rocket. Therefore, I am applying for the job as director of NASA. Nepotism lives...
