To the editor:
I would like to share the most wonderful weekend I just had. I was blessed to be able to hear Ravi Zacharias in three services at La Croix United Methodist Church.
I wish everyone could have heard the message that our wonderful God had given him to say to all of us. When anyone left those services, I think it would have been impossible not to believe.
Do you know the truth? What is the truth? The truth is Jesus Christ died for your sins.
Zacharias said something like this: If the soldiers had found Jesus' body, Christianity would have fallen. But they didn't. Jesus died and arose just like he said he would. Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. No one will live eternally if you do not know and believe this. I pray that if you are not a believer, you will find a church that is truly biblically based and know the truth.
I also was blessed to see the movie "End of the Spear." If you want a blessing, please go see this movie. We all think we have problems and can't forgive someone. If you want to know true forgiveness, watch this movie.
Many blessings to you all, and I wish you a life filled with joy and love from knowing our true Savior Jesus Christ.
