If you would go to the intersection of Bloomfield Road & Mt. Auburn, you will see how terrible the city property looks. The overpass bridge is just as bad. This must not be the side of town the Mayor is talking about the cities' beautification. At least we don't have empty beer bottles, vomit, or urine at this intersection. This city property looks pathetic.

Take action

It is hard to empathize with the young black people quoted in today's paper about being oppressed. Put your energy toward something constructive and quit surrounding yourself with toxic people!

Dearmont outage

Gee, 40 years ago we lived in Dearmont B wing without air conditioning and we didn't die of heat stroke, as the student in the article said. We also sweated in the winter and had to open our windows!

Inmate case

When I read in the Missourian, "A transgender inmate is suing the Missouri prison system for refusing to provide hormone therapy as she transitions to a woman," I knew then the inmates are running the asylum! That includes our government if the judge doesn't simply throw this case out the door! Good grief!!!
