Time to protest

HERE is a sure sign that we have the wrong person in the White House leading the country. Fidel Castro had this to say about President Obama's latest challenges by the common people who are protesting his socialist policies and programs: "President Barack Obama is trying to make positive changes in the United States but is being fought at every turn by right-wingers who hate him because he is black." When Castro starts defending the actions of our president, that means the American people have made a grave mistake. How far in left field are we willing to take our country before there is a real backlash? I believe revolution isn't too far out of the realm of possibility when people finally realize that Obama is going to cause us to have a $9 trillion debt by 2019. We better start protesting or we will have no economy left to protest about.

No changes

VIRTUALLY everyone agrees that people should be able to get insurance if they have pre-existing conditions, that their insurance be portable and that folks can't be dumped by insurance companies if they have expensive procedures. That's why I am so outraged at Republicans who want to maintain the status quo.

Government services

IF President Obama fails, we all fail. It will not be his fault. The blame will rest with the greedy and the hateful. If we are so disturbed by our government regulating things, we had best get started with those firings. We won't be needing sewage, trash or postal services, fire or law enforcement, road work, parks, schools, food safety and soldiers.
