Texting, insurance

I think the insurance companies ought to update their polices, so that if an individual is texting or talking on a phone when an accident happens, I think they ought to be fined and the insurance companies ought to have the right to cancel their insurance and void and not have to pay the damage. Now, if a person kills another individual while they're texting and talking, it ought to be the same as a DWI. They go to the penitentiary, and you have to file a SR22 form, just like a DWI. Maybe that would stop a lot of these wrecks that are happening.
