Recession

I'm not an economist. I never attended college, but even I know the main causes of our inflation: It's the policies of the Biden administration, their determination to destroy the oil industry, and the reckless spending. Now they are trying to convince us that we are not in a recession. It will be only a matter of time when we see job losses, businesses closing or merging. The housing market is already slowing, and after today's hike in interest rates it will slow even more. There is one thing they could do to quickly reverse course, and that is give oil companies assurances that they won't stand in the way to drill and frack oil. If they don't, high prices at the pump will lead us to depression.
