Stealing Mickey

I hope that whoever took the Mickey Mouse ball out of my yard is happy. I would have given it to you had you asked. I guess it was more fun to steal. Did you try to take the Mickey Mouse standing on the pole? Maybe you were shocked to find it nailed down. Raise the road

Is there some reason why MoDOT won't raise up the road 200 feet on Highway 177 that floods? They've put barricades up and they won't let anyone get to their houses. It cuts off fire protection. For 200 feet of road, they shut down the whole highway. I'd like to find out why they don't raise that road up when they can spend money elsewhere to put up cables to keep deer from going across.
