I LEFT my purse in a cart at the Cape Girardeau Wal-Mart. I discovered my oversight by the time I got to Notre Dame Regional High School, turned around and headed back. It was no longer in the cart, but one of the cart movers directed me to customer service where a good Samaritan had turned it in. Thank you.
I LIVE in the Olive-Pine area. The so-called vicious dogs were once owned by a 5-year-old who died of cancer. My 5- and 7-year-old play with those dogs almost every day. I haven't found one scratch, bruise or even a flea on my children. It angers me to have someone's pets stereotyped when I know how important they used to be to an angel boy. I have never seen those dogs meet a child they didn't love or want to play with.
