Speak out 3/8/16
Though not nearly as wild, the chaos in the country is reminiscent of 1968, at the peak of the Vietnam War. And, what did we end up having to show for it? Richard Nixon. In the current situation, the fear and trembling about Donald Trump exhibited by the Republican establishment and others will likely result in the Republican candidacy of Donald Trump, the crack-up of the GOP and the election of Hillary Clinton...
Chaotic country
Though not nearly as wild, the chaos in the country is reminiscent of 1968, at the peak of the Vietnam War. And, what did we end up having to show for it? Richard Nixon. In the current situation, the fear and trembling about Donald Trump exhibited by the Republican establishment and others will likely result in the Republican candidacy of Donald Trump, the crack-up of the GOP and the election of Hillary Clinton.
Beyond their means
The taxes listed on the Apr. 5 ballot in Cape County just illustrate the tax-and-spend mentality of government at all levels. They continue to spend beyond their means and raise our taxes to subsidize their poor habits. They always tell you it's going for good causes. Right now, they're using police to justify it. I say instead of raising my taxes, how about we try to cut spending? What a novel idea! Maybe some of you feel you're not paying enough in taxes, but I think I'm paying enough now.
Doomed
I read the Speak Out callers. You can tell who the liberal Democrats are. Sometimes I can't believe it; sometimes I have to just laugh at how uninformed they are. But today I have to respond to the one that said only two presidents have reduced the deficit: Bill Clinton and Barack Obama. Are you really serious or that far out of touch? The truth is Ronald Reagan did and none since. When Obama leaves office, he will have increased the deficit more than all the presidents combined. If you want it to go up more, vote Clinton. If you want our country gone to the point of no return and to a socialist country that has never worked, than vote Sanders. Either one, we're doomed.
King Donald
Please, King Donald, I beseech thee. I could tell from the expression on your face during your post-Super Tuesday virtual sweep that being held hostage is beyond what he can tolerate for any length of time. Please, your Highness, free Chris Christie!

No recovery
It does not matter who wins! Until this government stops turning its back on God, it will never recover. That's a fact! Government can make laws, but it cannot change God's laws.
Students for Sanders
I understand the rabid support of Bernie Sanders by liberal college students. If I had spent most of my time protesting everything in sight, amassed a huge student loan debt while doing so and was about to graduate and try to enter the workforce with a degree in art history or something equally as useless, I'd be trying to get everything free from the government, too!
Disarming citizens
If Barack Obama thinks disarming American citizens is the answer to gun violence, why doesn't he disarm the Secret Service agents who guard the president and his family?
Biology vs. choice
The poster who said being gay was not a choice is right on. Science has proved that homosexuality is a result of biology and NOT a lifestyle choice. Telling a gay person to become straight is like asking someone to change their eye color from blue to brown.
