Independence Street from Caruthers on up to Kingshighway has always been an accident waiting to happen. But now that we have the license bureau on Independence and the new Wal-Mart on Independence, it's really an accident waiting to happen. They need to put up another stoplight or something. I saw a four-car pileup today, and I don't know how many other wrecks are going to happen before they put up another stoplight. But they need to do something.
