Hillary for president?

Yes, if she would run she would probably win. Having her as our commander-in-chief would scare me. She failed to provide proper security at Benghazi and four people died. When asked about it she replied, "What difference does it make?" Imagine a terrorist attack on the United States and her first response would be, "What difference does it make?"

Smith, McCaskill

I am so proud of your young representative, Jason Smith, for voting against the $1.1 trillion spending bill that passed in the U.S. Congress. Mr. Smith said the bill was 1,582 pages long and he had less than 48 hours to read it, which wasn't enough. Imagine that: A lawmaker voted against a bill because he didn't know what was in it. Too bad Sen. McCaskill doesn't vote in such a responsible manner.

True figures?

I read stories, including in this newspaper, about unemployment statistics provided by our government. But would you please tell us the truth about employment? I believe that today there are more people living in the United States than there were five years ago and fewer people working. I also believe there are more people living in the United States today than 10 years ago and fewer people working. Can you tell how many people actually live in the United States and how many people are working?
