I'D like to thank the three people that stopped to help me as I was approaching William Street on Mount Auburn Road recently. I became ill and had to pull off on a lot. The first lady was from Pop's Pizza, and she stayed with me until my daughter came. A second gentlemen saw my head leaned forward and he thought maybe I'd had a heart attack. Another lady came from a doctor's office. They all stayed long enough to make sure that I was helped. My daughter came, and we were very thankful for the lady who stayed with me the whole time. I wanted to thank all three of them. It was a very nice thing to know that people help when they see trouble.
DAVID Limbaugh wrote in a recent column that only a religious person can be objective about teaching a course on religion. Does he also think that only a communist would be objective about teaching a course on communism? It's the same logic.
I just heard a news report where a senior citizen on the news was saying that he wanted anybody but Obama as president. I don't have a preference on Republican or Democrat. This gentleman's reason was because of the outsourcing of jobs and factories. I'd just like to say that when the Republicans were in office, I had two of my jobs outsourced overseas. So it doesn't matter whether it is a Democrat or a Republican in office, it just matters if the jobs are going overseas.
