I just want to be the first to congratulate future President-elect Hillary Clinton.
Mr. Jensen's latest criticism of the president covered both the battle against ISIS and climate change. I feel safe in saying he thinks any of the Republican candidates would do better fighting ISIS. But all would put more troops on the ground, something the president is doing, along with intensifying the bombing, the idea being to take out a few children Jihadists. One, Sen. Graham, wants a ton of boots on the ground, not only in Syria and Iraq but also Libya and Ukraine, which is George W. on steroids. As far as Mr. Jensen's take on climate change, I hope he enjoyed looking out his window as he wrote his piece at what was probably a 60-degree December day.
David Limbaugh said in a recent interview that the Bible and politics go hand in hand. This is true. As Limbaugh understands, the Bible is a virtual manifesto for what might be best described as Tea Party conservatism.
Unless he is a cynical, conniving politician, the kind he always condemns, then Ted Cruz was for a path to citizenship for illegal immigration before he was against it.
