The Rams were one of three local teams to make it to the final four in different class sizes. Oran, which has established a wonderful baseball tradition with several appearances in the final four over the years, came up a bit short, and Notre Dame Regional High School had one bad inning in the state semifinals.

But the point is this: We love our baseball in Southeast Missouri. And our boys in Cape Girardeau and Scott counties showed they can play with the best.
