Partial-birth abortion ban restores faith

To the Editor:

I have never been so proud to be an American. President Bush's signing of the ban on partial-birth abortion has restored my hope for America. I am proud to be pro-life, and I'm proud of my country. There is still a long road ahead, but it was nice to see a politician make a difference in so many lives. I'm sure there will be a long fight ahead, but it is definitely a step in the right direction. Now the pursuit of life will be possible for so many babies who may not have had that option before. Way to go, President Bush.
