Loyal Obama Democrats will call this letter just another conservative rant, but our 44th president has publicly declared he has no need for the legislative branch, and no fear of the judicial system. The "separation of powers" is in dire straits.

When House Speaker John Boehner recently threatened to sue our president for government overreach, Obama just shrugged it off with a smile and replied, "So, sue me."

Obama's defiance and "king-like" proclamations are no longer just a Democrat or Republican disagreement on governing. President Obama and his White House constitutional lawyers are redefining the very document Obama took an oath to uphold -- the American Constitution.

President Obama has a documented history of ignoring the laws he disagrees with and rewriting with his pen, those laws that don't go far enough. Thirteen times in the past two years alone, the U.S. Supreme Court and the federal courts have declared his actions as overreaching and unconstitutional.

Liberal constitutional law professor, Jonathan Turley, testified before Congress last year and warned; "He's (Obama) becoming the very danger the Constitution was designed to avoid. We have what many once called an imperial presidency model of largely unchecked authority."

American voters must fight back by retaking the Senate from Democrats who are too scared to speak out against this presidential power grab.

Unfortunately, this president will have two years of his eight-year reign remaining. The Supreme Court -- our only hope for constitutional protection -- is going to be busy.
