To the editor:

Thank you so much to the YELL Foundation for it generous support of helping to promote a literate society and its efforts in helping to make school fun and authentic.

Without organizations such as YELL (Youth Education Literacy and Learning), helping the children of today reach their highest potential would prove more challenging than what it is.

Being a teacher in a parochial school can sometimes prove to be even more challenging because of limited resources. With YELL's support this year, my class will receive additional reading support materials that provide reinforcement of skills and strategies taught at school. These skills and strategies can now be shared and practiced at home.
