LETTERS: STREET TO BRIDGE WOULD BE BETTER IF IT HAD GRAVEL

To the editor:

I had to visit relatives in Cape Girardeau on Christmas Eve. I came across the bridge from Illinois at East Cape Girardeau. That street would be a lot smoother if it were gravel. I guess no one over there cares about it or would rather spend the money on a new bridge that may never open.
