No doubt I will not be the first to point out the transcriptionists error in the lead Speak Out comment of a recent edition. I. Ben Miller (not Ivan) was a prosperous dairy farmer who developed an outstanding recipe for ice cream which I believe Midwest Dairy bought. He had a retail outlet in the 400 block of Broadway where the ice cream was sold. In the commodious second floor of this building, his other daughter, Miss Clara Drew Miller, gave piano lessons. I was one of her pupils. Miss Clara was the most proper and staid lady I ever had the privilege of knowing, and her handwriting was a work of art. Both Miss Lila and Miss Clara lived to almost 100. I am unfamiliar with Miss Lila's vocation, and if the family name is well received as a name for the school, I would consider Miss Clara for the name because of her long and effective teaching of music.
