LETTERS: NEWSPAPER TELLS TRUTH ABOUT EVENTS OF THE DAY

To the editor:

I just wanted to tell you that you have a great newspaper, the best I have read in quite some time. I am a new resident of Southeast Missouri, and yours is the first newspaper since the Richmond Times-Dispatch of my boyhood which tells the truth and nothing but the truth regarding the events of our nation and world today.

I especially appreciate the commentaries of Peter Kinder, Cal Thomas and Mona Charen. They, and others like them, are not afraid to tell it like it is, which is a far cry from the mealymouthed liberal garbage that passes for news these days.

Thank you for your daily breath of fresh air, and keep up the good work.
