LETTERS: MUSIC FESTIVAL LOOKS TO NEXT YEAR

To the editor:

On behalf of the City of Roses Festival Committee and the Cape Girardeau Musicians Guild, we thank you so much for your support and encouragement during this year's festival events. An undertaking of this kind is only possible when everyone works together. Whether it's money, materials, manpower or musicians, the amount of work involved is mindboggling, and your willingness to help out made it so much easier for the rest of us.

We feel this first year's attempt has been a great success. The positive response from the community has been overwhelming, and we have already started thinking about how to make next year's festival even better. We sincerely appreciate your commitment and sacrifice and look forward to working with you in future events. Thank you again.
