LETTERS: MILLERSVILLE STUDENTS VISIT NEWSPAPER

To the editor:

Thank you for the tour of the Southeast Missourian. My third graders and I enjoyed the tour and found it extremely interesting. They were amazed at the process and how much work goes into the final product. The process of layering the colors for color pages captured their attention.

This school year we have utilized the MiniPage in the classroom, reaped the benefits of books from a Y.E.L.L. grant and enjoyed touring the Southeast Missourian. Random Acts of Kindness Week is a terrific idea. My class used the idea to do acts of kindness for family and friends. The third graders and I appreciate the Missourian's dedication to education and the children of the future. Thanks for being involved.
