To the editor: Your opinion section on drug courts hit the mark. I believe the program in the 32nd Judicial Circuit will take shape. I think all the judges of the 32nd Judicial Circuit want those with alcohol and drug problems to overcome their addictions...

Your opinion section on drug courts hit the mark. I believe the program in the 32nd Judicial Circuit will take shape. I think all the judges of the 32nd Judicial Circuit want those with alcohol and drug problems to overcome their addictions.
The power of an idea whose time has come is greater than that of the status quo.
