This year's campaign resulted in a record collection of 1.65 million cans and has brought relief to the all-too-many citizens of our community who go hungry each year...

On behalf of the Greater St. Louis Council of the Boy Scouts of America, I wish to extend our heartiest appreciation for your coverage of the 1994 Scouting for Food campaign. This year's campaign resulted in a record collection of 1.65 million cans and has brought relief to the all-too-many citizens of our community who go hungry each year.

Scouting for Food continues to be the nation's largest single-day food drive thanks to the efforts of Scouts, Scout leaders and othr volunteers who give so much of themselves each year. Again, we thank you for your assistance in spreading the word of this vital projec,t and we look forward to working with you again in 1995.
