Two thousand years ago, the wise men found the precious baby Jesus wrapped in swaddling clothes lying in a manger. He was sent here to set an example for the world to know there is love, peace and joy. Two thousand years later, other caring and wise people have found precious babies wrapped not in swaddling clothes but in paper or plastic either dead or barely alive lying in trash dumpsters.

These infants are also sent here to bring love, peace and joy to many people. The parents of these children either do not care, or they are of sick minds to throw their babies away.

There is a different message here. We must preach, teach and love the human race and inform it that the baby Jesus grew up to be the perfect and loving individual he was and still is today. He is unhappy when the babies of this era are not cared for in the manner that God planned for them.

We as Christians must pray not only for the unborn, but the newborn and the parents as well. Many times the mothers of these infants are children themselves. The mother of Jesus was a teen-ager herself.

Imagine, if you could, what the world would be like if Jesus' mother had had an abortion or left her baby to die in a garbage bin.
