To the editor: Has anyone ever wondered why our weather has suddenly gone crazy? Do you remember learning in grade school about how the rain forest controls the world's weather? Now it is being destroyed at an alarming rate for growing food crops. If this isn't stopped, this extreme weather is just a sampling of what is yet to come. We should make universal laws to protect this land from further destruction before it is too late...
