To the editor: I happen to be a disabled person who collects U.S. postal history items. I am writing to several daily newspapers across the country in search of postal history covers to add to my collection. I am collecting old envelopes from 1970 to the present. I have a postal history Web site on my own and selected covers or envelopes will be posted onto my website...
