Disrespect to our troops

To try to justify Colin Kaepernick's disrespect for our flag and our National Anthem is hogwash! Kaepernick claims he means no disrespect to our military. He just wants to protest injustice for black people and people of color. You can't have it both ways. When you disrespect our flag and our National Anthem, you disrespect our troops and the very heroes who have sacrificed to give you the freedom to espouse and act out your misguided beliefs.

As far as protesting the injustices to black people and people of color, perhaps Mr. Kaepernick should do his research and start protesting black on black murders or the astronomical percentage of black children born out of wedlock. Or perhaps he should just enroll at MU.
