As an active member of the Missouri Army National Guard, I am disappointed that Bob Parker supports jury trials for terrorists. The Smith-Amash amendment does just that and Bob Parker has vocalized adamant support for it. Fortunately, Rep. Emerson stood against the ACLU and the Council on American-Islamic Relations and voted against this dangerous amendment. With the upcoming election it is important to remember that the words these people speak could become law. I won't support a candidate who will promote laws giving terrorists more rights than me.
