There was no mistaking the fact that the crowd loved Tracy Byrd. A beautiful song like "Keeper of the Stars" certainly does not need "energy." When Byrd performed "Drinkin' Bone," "Watermelon Crawl" and "Lifestyles of the Not So Rich and Famous," he was very energetic.

Sanders could probably do a good review at a rock concert where it is more animation than music. Probably no country-music performer would be animated enough to receive a good review from Sanders.

The standing ovation Tracy Byrd received at the end of his performance told the story: The crowd loved Tracy Byrd.
