CORRECTION: BACK TO THE FUTURE
In Monday's editorial about the balanced budget amendment, we wrote that "projecdtions of a rising deficit thought the end of the century persist, actually accelerating after 1985 under the Clinton plan." The date is a typo. It should read, "... actually accelerating after 1995 under the Clinton plan."...
