Clark an effective leader

I want to endorse Scott R. Clark for recorder of deeds in the Nov. 2 election. He has a fine reputation for his hard work, honesty and effectiveness. He has a genuine desire to serve the people of Cape Girardeau County. Scott understands the importance of face-to-face customer service and also wants to update the Recorder's website and record keeping systems to make them more user friendly.

Scott has several years of solid experience providing superior customer service for his employers. He also has served several Republican organizations with distinction. He earned a master's degree in public administration from Southeast Missouri State University.
